The hotel is conveniently located close to where I needed to be for my business, making it very convenient. The rooms are really big and comfortable but sadly, I couldn't enjoy the outside room due to my busy schedule. The service was prompt in providing linens but could improve in being more present at the front desk for immediate assistance. The location is close to Military Park and offers easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of options available, even though breakfast wasn't served. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms, but my non-handicap room was not as expected. The service, though friendly, had a mix of nice and unhelpful encounters. The location was very nice and convenient. The dining was not what I anticipated, but overall, it was an excellent value for money.
This hotel was a nightmare! I found bugs crawling on the walls and ceiling, leftover food in the fridge, bed bugs in the bed, and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. After taking a bath, I could see all the nastiness around the tub and toilet. It was so bad that I didn't even get the internet service I was promised. The coffee pot was there, but no coffee was made. I demand a refund for this terrible experience. The smell in the carpeted rooms was unbearable, like wet dog. However, I eventually found a habitable room after a 30-minute search.
